These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the ATR Rewards Program which is operated by JFK Bunch Pte Ltd (“American Taproom”). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with American Taproom for products, services or otherwise. American Taproom reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the ATR Rewards program and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to ATR Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.americantaproom.com.sg, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in ATR Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies from time to time to understand the terms of conditions that apply to ATR Rewards. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop participating in ATR Rewards.

ATR Rewards Program

Program Overview

ATR Rewards is our way in which American Taproom endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers for patronising our outlet in Singapore. To enrol in ATR Rewards and receive program benefits, you have to be 18 years old and above; and will first need to create an account at “https://americantaproom.raptorpos.com/membership/registration.php”.

ATR Rewards benefits are determined based on the amount of spending you make per receipt at American Taproom. No rebates will be rewarded for purchases of ATR Gift Vouchers. Currently, there is one level of benefit in ATR Rewards. A 2.5% cash rebate of the transaction total before prevailing taxes per receipt will be applied to your account.

Your complimentary birthday reward will be automatically loaded onto your account in your first birthday month after you have registered into the ATR Rewards Program.

Additional personalised offers:

Additional personalised offers, promotions and event invitations may be distributed by email or physical mail, so you must opt-in to receive such promotional and marketing offers from American Taproom. You must provide a valid email or physical mailing address in order to receive the additional offers, promotions and event invitations.

Miscellaneous

Rewards are uploaded electronically to your ATR Rewards account. You can view and track your available rewards on https://americantaproom.raptorpos.com/membership/login.php. Rewards may only be redeemed in American Taproom outlets. To redeem a reward or cash rebate amount under ATR Rewards, you must inform our servers before making payment.

There currently are no membership fees associated with ATR Rewards. Rewards and cash rebates may not be exchanged for cash.

American Taproom may introduce promotion programs relating to ATR Rewards whereby these Terms of Use may be varied as applicable to such programs.

Your benefits and your account under ATR Rewards are personal to you, and except expressly permitted under these Terms of Use of the rules of a promotional program, may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others.

American Taproom reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in ATR Rewards if American Taproom determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

American Taproom also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for ATR rewards that have been inactive for three (3) consecutive years. In these Terms of Use, “inactive” is defined as having no purchase activity.

American Taproom reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the ATR Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion by posting the revisions to www.americantaproom.com.sg without giving specific notice to you.

This privacy policy (“Policy”) contains the personal data protection and privacy policies adopted by JFK Bunch Pte Ltd (“American Taproom”) in conducting its business activities and governing the use of this website (“Site”) and in our physical outlets (“Services”) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

American Taproom respects the privacy of individuals with regard to personal data and recognises the need to treat this personal data in an appropriate and lawful manner, and is committed to comply with its obligations in this regard, in respect of all personal data it handles.

American Taproom may change some parts or all of the contents of this policy from time to time, therefore you should review these policies from time to time on a regular basis.

If you consider that this policy has not been followed in respect of personal data about you or others, you should contact us as soon as possible.

Generally American Taproom collects and uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to your complaints, queries and feedback
• Administering and processing your application for job positions and employments within the company
• Administering and maintaining shareholder relations which include, but not limited to, reports, newsletters, publications, invitations and products from us
• Customer verification, security and investigation

For the purposes state above, American Taproom may collect relevant personal information via website, emails, telephone, application forms or other means. Depending on the purpose, the personal information collected by American Taproom may include, but is not limited to the following:

• Nationality

• Job Title/Profession
• Contact information such as email addresses and telephone numbers
• Demographic information such as address, postal code, preferences and interests
• Financial information such as bank account or credit/debit card numbers

Any personal data supplied by you will be retained by American Taproom as long as necessary according to our internal policy for the fulfilment of the purposes stated above or is required to satisfy legal, regulatory or accounting requirements.

American Taproom require third parties, which are exposed to your personal data to acknowledge the confidentiality of this data and comply with the Act. However, we do not provide any warranty or take any responsibility of any misuse undertaken by third parties.

By submitting your personal data to us, you agree and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by American Taproom for some or all of the purposes mentioned above.

If you provide us with personal information relating to a third party (for example, information of your spouse, children, parents or relatives), you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their personal data for the respective purposes.

You may at any time withdraw any consent given in respect of the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data after you have submitted your withdrawal request. Please note that once consent is withdrawn, American Taproom will not collect, use and disclose your personal data, which will make us unable to fulfil our services or other obligations to you.

Some of your personal data my change frequently. Therefore, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible should there be any changes on your personal data such as address, contact number, email address etc.

You may request for a copy of your personal data held by American Taproom or request for your personal data to be updated or corrected by sending a formal written request to Customer Care. Within a reasonable period of time after receiving your request, we shall:

• Provide you with a copy of your personal data under our custody and/or other relevant information in accordance with the Act
• Correct your personal data as soon as practicable or inform you that the correction has been made to your personal data
• Inform you that your request to access or correct your personal data is rejected, if the request was made in circumstances predefined by the Act where such access or correction is prohibited or note required

Failure to do so may result in our inability to provide you with information or services you have requested.
